In Windows 11, the start bar is on the bottom center of the screen, not the left of screen like in previous versions of Windows. You can however move the taskbar back to the left if you wish.

Right mouse click on the taskbar

Left click on Taskbar settings

Left click on to taskbar behaviors

Select LEFT CENTER or RIGHT in taskbar alignment

The taskbar will now move to the location you choose.
