Airplane mode is a setting that switches off your device's connection to cellular service (and in some cases Wifi Networks). This means that you'll be unable to make or receive calls, send or receive messages, or browse the internet.
Besides flying, why use Airplane mode?
𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Sometimes you aren’t getting a good cel signal. Toggle airplane mode off for a few seconds then back on. This can help as the cellular radio will look for new cel signals.
𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 - If you do not have an unlimited data plan and are close to using all your data, you can switch to airplane mode and just use wifi.
𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐲 - Sometimes you want to work without all the distractions of your phone. Put the phone in airplane mode.
𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐢𝐩 - Putting your phone in airplane mode will help it charge faster if you need to quickly charge your phone.
