When was the last time you backed up your Outlook file. Outlook stores all your contacts, calendar entries and email in 1 file. You do not want to lose it all. Make a backup today
In Outlook
Click on file > Open & export > import / export
Select Export to a file
Click Next
Select Outlook data file
Click Next
To backup everything click the name of your mailbox
Make sure on the bottom the window, Include Subfolders is checked
Click Next
On the next screen you can change the filename and location if you like
Click Finish
Now your data is backed up
