Typing things like your email address, first and last name, or phrases you use everyday are a pain to type on your mobile device. Use text replacement instead . Type a few characters and let your mobile device do the rest. For example you can type eml and have your email address appear. Or type phn and have your phone number appear

Here is how to do it:


On the iPhone: Go to settings

Tap General > Keyboard > Text Replacement > Tap the + sign in upper right to create new shortcut.

On Android: go to Settings

Tap System> Languages & Input > Advanced > Select Personal Dictionary > Tap the + sign in the upper right
